Edgun Matador Manual Translation
I think I remember that a while ago someone posted that they would translate the Matador manual if someone would scan it and send them a copy. I have a scan of the manual, and I would love to get an English translation. 🙂

One of the problems of trying to translate Russian is their use of Cryllic characters for which our English keyboards have no keys for.
At this site, you can change the online keyboard to Russian characters. Look about half way down on the left of the entry screen for “Keyboard”, click it and it gives you an option of what language you want to type.
To say this is time consuming is an understatement. I got three words in for the owners manual and gave up. Still, if there is one section you want to translate, it is do-able.

I believe, Ed will come out with new manually that has both English and Russian. I was hoping the manual will be soft copy, so shooters can download it from anywhere and anytime.

My manual shows the older style Matador. It has a safety and the hammer spring tension adjusting screw and housing is completly different. It also shows the trigger adjusters (I think that is what the manual is showing) to be on the hammer housing. I don’t know what else has changed between models. I have heard that the valve and regulator were changed also.
I am not sure how much good it would do to have the manual converted to English.
An updated manual, in English, would be great. Ed, if you see this, I would much rather you build my .25 cal Matador first! 😆
