Q:

Edgun Morana .25 in the House

Quick update out of the box test:

1. OAL is 48″ and 9.5 lbs as shown (click on photo to enlarge)—it is a breech shooter like they said it would be.
2. didn’t know it had a off set mod, just by shooting air it’s vary quiet–most quiet Edgun I shot to date—and I shot all of them.
3. 2nd stage brake has a lot of travel before it goes off, so unpredictable out of the box with this one. didn’t even removed the stock yet to see how adjustable the trigger is.
4.this one has an over rotation mag index with an empty mag.
5.stiff cocking bolt like the BP
6. the air tube is setting on the bottom of the barrel/air tube band–almost free floating barrel, test for POI shifting in different AT pressure later.
7. love the rear stock elevation rod that extend 3 3/4″ long
8. the adjustable cheek piece—inst adjustable on the fly, you add washer that is included to raise the cheek to your liking.

That’s all for now!!

Man, what a beast!

That is awesome Ernest I cannot wait For your full review

Oh, and I forgot to ask: concerning the bolt. Besides repeated use/breaking it in, do you use any synthetic grease to smooth it out?

I’m looking forward to your report. I’d like to see how much velocity you can get just by adjusting the HST. I would really like to shoot the newer 33 grain JSB MKII Heavies, and I’m just assuming they will do better long range with increased velocity. (800 – 900 fps?). I’d really like to hear what you consider to be the ideal velocity for best accuracy with this pellet. Thanks.
