Q:

Edgun needs to get out of the Stone Age

This company needs multiple Dealers in these united States. The guy currently importing Edguns does not even have a website we are in 2016 and still no website? WHAT? And there is no excuse for you backasswards Edgun Sheep. It takes 6 months to get repairs on guns or parts made to correct design flaws really??? Serious like for the gen 1 and gen 2 .30 valve? Actually it might even be a few years for gen 1 .30 if I am not wrong?

What freaking products does Edgun sell? Where can I see them? Clothing, Scopes Pellets and what guns? Where the hell do you go to see them any idea Toshik? Oh yeah some airgun bulletin board? Just ask around? Edgun USA is a joke! Wonder if it is the same all around the world? I bet it is. This is an out of date back woods Russian operation? It starts with the owner who has done business this way for how many years? Ed allows his product to be sold in the biggest market in the world these unites States by one guy who has no web site no phone number just an email and you wonder why you can not get your gun fixed? You wonder why you have no idea what they sell. You have to be an intelligence agent who has scoured the net or inside info to know this stuff!

Take a coupon what we got you get. Lets see what will they have today what can my communist coupon get me.

New Edguns soon to be coming? hahahahahahaha  get on the list  This is a backwoods operation get PREPARED for backwoods USA

Well maybe by now you understood.

I told you to “watch your six”.

That is a good first step. Do you have anyone who can help from the technology perspective?

Ideally, I should be able to go to the website and order every single piece of the gun, starting from the barrel, ending on the sealing part in the regulator. Delivery time counting from the payment should take up to 5 days.

I reserved http://www.edgunshop.com/ already and going to make an on-line shop for parts and other staff.

Tony is out of blame that is for sure. If he doesn’t have parts from me, that is my fault, not his, so all stones to me please, not to him!

Well, I think the problem is with minimalistic approach. EDguns have issues rather rarely so there is no point in keeping the parts frozen on the shelf.

Everyone who needs anything contacts me and gets it in the minimum amount of time free of charge in case of warranty.
If I don’t have part I reorder it from Ed, at that point we just wait for freight.
Every Edgun sent in for repairs gets serviced within 1-2 business days.

Anyone else went to Russia for Edgun factory training?
If anything performs not so well, Ed does everything to get the problem corrected no matter what (yes I’m talking about .30s).
I can’t believe that after serving US since 2009, someone would even dare saying such things, not write in a whole post!

Agreed that was pretty fucked up.

Agreed! We need someone who uses the product, knows the product and cares about the customer base! Right now we just have order takers and go betweens. :17: It does start at the top when you break it down though but change sometimes comes slow and is painful.

Anyway, I do recall Ed mentioned he is open to having more reps in the US. Maybe someone will step up and take on the challenge? :fishing:

if Ed could do this especially thinking of providing the spare parts and find only one guy as a repair man for his guns,,, i bet Eduard that his products will be the number 1 selling guns in the US market,,,

hope Ed give you some info if he has steps up or not??!!

The edgun is great…..until it breaks and it will eventually and then your pretty much on your own. I know because I have 2 and have issues with both. There is no warranty, once you buy one your on your own.

I said it before , Ed really needs to trust someone to help his business by allowing someone to be able to take care of all spare parts ,
etc. A one man operation can only do so much . If Ed can not run his business without being able to expand in the long run he will
regardless of his success fail . Buyers will get tired of excuses for not getting their guns’ problems fixed and will not give a shit about
any new guns that Ed is putting out on the market because for the money spent on the gun that they have already purchased from Ed
and have not had their problems fixed in a timely matter and therefore the gun or guns they bought are totally useless because they
can not shoot them . That means at least $2000.00 out of their pocket for a product they can not use and are having to wait in some
cases at least a year and still not be able to get the problem fixed and shoot their gun . For me , I would have to tell Ed or his dealer
that they would have to eat the return cost of the gun and give me a full refund due to lack of support for fixing the problem with
the gun . :angrymob: :angrymob: :angrymob:

I have to agree :dito:
