Will return to that design towards the end of the year, but with better quality.
I like the older dark coated stocks.
Gun no longer for sale.
So besides the LW barrel what else has been upgraded?
If anything I’ll be selling my older Edgen, no?

Just for the record I have 2 identical guns and that’s why I’m selling this one. I would not sell it if it was the only model I owned. Like how I said model? If Tony wants me to ship this back and send me a long .25, I’m in. Until then I’ll try to make a profit for my pain and suffering.
I’m getting bites on the ad, don’t be surprised if it sells for 3k.
I’ll take your advice Syn, if it falls to the second page I’ll realist it with R3 specs.
IG, You may want to change your Yellow ad, it would help the sale for sure if it was stated as the R3 that it is. 😉
Shit, it could be another six plus months before another Ed makes it into the country, who knows. I also expect a price increase too, these rifles are very nicely made. $3000 is high but not absolutely unreasonable for a brand new Ed. 😉
Rosall… 😆
To Mark’s credit I still don’t understand how the list is actually working myself. And his latest on the list date was Feb 2nd 2012 while Mr.Newbie’s was March 2012 (MrNewbie’s was shipped), Mark already got one R3 late last year (his 2011 sign up date) and is signing up for a second one in a different caliber. Mark should have received an Ed before MrNewbie (if the dates are in fact correct). 😉
Fuck, all this from me just asking Mark not to email Tony (even though he does have a damn good reason). 🙄 Mark, I feel for you dude. So sorry for kicking the hornet’s nest. 😀
….
Bruce you sound lonely…
I double checked and it is a .22
I originally wanted the .25 and that’s what Tony said he was sending me. At least that’s what I thought. I thought the Edgun I received was the 2.5 I had no idea it was an R3.
It’s amazing how people get pissed at my asking price.
I wouldnt assume anything, he ordered and paid $1700 for rifle , and didnt even know what he was getting. AMAZING!!!!!!!!
the .25 are coming in marked as 5.5 which we all know is .
Now that’s a very good point. Mine is marked as a 5.5mm as well but is actually a .25 caliber. It would suck to sell it if it was really was a .25 and what he ordered, I assumed it had been checked.
I just chambered a .25 cal pellet into the the breech to confirm that mine was indeed a .25 caliber as ordered.

I see 😀
oh… I see now… i took another look at the add and it’s that $1,000 profit he is asking for is why it’s for sale
are you sure it’s a 2.5 in .22??????
I think he is smoking the good stuff…. the .25 are coming in marked as 5.5 which we all know is .22…
might have something to do with customs or ed just has a shit load of breaches already made up and marked… who knows the reasons behind it, but before selling it I know I would check to see if a .25 fits 😉
dose anyone know why else he thinks it’s a 2.5?

$3000? That is modest compared to what I have been offered for my “famous” 2.5. In fact, I may finally have gotten an offer I can not refuse – it is THAT good. There are people out there who have money you and I can not possibly fathom. And when they want it, the want it NOW. So, I can go a few months without an Edgun to super-charge my little one’s college fund.
