. update .

Been verified that above, mines is a M4 x 0.70mm x 15mm.
But not sure about all R3Ms new or older, the trigger/group on Edguns has continued to changed throughout the years ………. uniquely strange ?

M4 x 0.70mm x 15mm would be my guesstimate ?
Hopefully someone can chime in and verify this for yah.

But that’s the thing, this screw is not needed anymore for this trigger mod to work ………

Before mod, the trigger contacts twice when pulled ……. screw first then the round hump.
After mod, the trigger contacts only once when pulled ……. round hump only.

That’s why it’s so much smoother and more consistent with a short 1st stage pull. :winkn:

Thanks for the links but what is the screw size? The screw on mine is stripped.

No problem Larry ! :8:

I would have sold my new R3M if not for this trigger mod …… didn’t like the out of box long 1st stage pull and feel that it had.
The first pull/take up always felt a bit harder then the next, because it preset the shear on that initial pull.

I would say after this trigger mod it’s just as consistent and good of a trigger as my Crickets.

Seems now that there is at less 2 revisions that Ed has done to the the R3M trigger group that has a single adjustment screw.
I believe my R3M has the latest and not sure if the mod will work on the older R3M revision that I believe Wingmans had and his responded to my post here.
