Can these air rifles be obtained outside of Russia ? What are their performance figures

Heck yes. Two different countries.

I go to RU every summer. Next time plan to get a nice set of military optics for my .308 CZ. Superb glass and tough as a tank.

Eduard has stated last September that when you can view his website in English, he wil be able to ship abroad. Be patient.
