Edgun Valve Stem orders hit 57 total…
Some sent all the info, some sent part of the info, some sent nothing but a number of valves…so some clarification is needed.
I’ve got orders for 57 valves at roughly $30 each…let’s see….carry the “1”….that’s like a LOT of money.
So, to confirm the orders on hand, you MUST re-send me the following:
1) Real name & Forum name
2) Physical mailing address/PO Box, remember Zip Code
3) Your email address
This allows me to cross check the orders against what I have, and assures you get what you need. If some of you changed your mind, I really need to know. If anyone new wants a valve, then this is your absolute last chance!!!!
I’m working on a lump sum payment to Tony, then you guys repay the benefactor who ponied up the lump sum and he sends the valves out to you.

This might be a dumb question but I just thought I would ask. Has anyone given any thought on what could be done to strengthen existing valves to keep them from breaking? I was thinking a thin carbon fiber sleeve could fit over the entire lower portion of the valve. Epoxy could hold it in place and it should last forever. The material used in some carbon fiber arrows would be ideal. It is light, durable and is very inexpensive. My guess is that there is an arrow shaft diameter that is ideal. I will wait until I have a broken shaft and give it a try. If anyone has a broken valve please give it a try and let us know how / if it works. Thanks.

I am sure he is having issues with members did not submit all the info he needs. Usually we recognized each other by TAG user name. When you PM him and request a to be on the list, that is not good enough.
He needs to know your name, shipping address, email address, TAG user name and a phone number just incase he need to contact you in person. Please provide as much info as possible. Remember he is dealing with more than 30 members, he needs to know who is who.
Take it for me, I did the last two group buys, it is difficulty to sort out who needs what, and which address it goes to.

Muggs ordered one for his .25 R3 long. He sent me this PM a couple of weeks ago.
He also asked for the following mesurements:
Length of plastic portion
Length and diameter of metal shaft
i have the R3 25 cal. long. Not sure if the R3M has the same measurements but the measurements for mine is as follows:
Plastic (33.50mm)
Metal shafts (42.22mm) long
Metal shafts diameter (2.00mm)

If you order a new valve stem from Tony, he needs to know the length and dimensions. If you do not have the measurement, no one can guaranty that it is going to fit. That is just the way it is.
You may be lucky to have the one that is longer than your original, then you have to trim it to fit.
Just in case you broke your valve and finds that the new one is too short, all you have to do is ask someone to trade with you. I would.
I have a suggestion, we need one person from each model of Matador to make measurement of their valve and submit in . I have a .25 standard, and a .30 standard I will take apart this week to make a measurement, can someone do the same on their guns to submit their measurement.
I will try to keep these in file if someone needs it.

Hoot…I pm’d you when you first made the announcement. I am wondering how you/us are addressing the different sizes of valve stems? For instance I own a .22 standard R3M…I know they can be cut down but what happens if I end up with shorter valve stems?

Before I left for PTO I engraved on my forearm that Edgun are built like a AK/Tank….. I just came back from months long PTO……….What the hell happen? Are the Edgun stem valve made in China now? :hoot:
