Correct Hoot:,12x 1.25mm on the new ones. I see no reason why you need an adaptor to fit an after market suppressor though, hoot yours is already fitted with a factory one and Ig720, order one from ED, those Veles suppressors are calibre specific and amazingly quiet! I shoot starlings out my lounge doors at 40 yards and the other starlings dont even fly away.. they are super quiet!
Don’t go there, then we’ll never get our Russian PCP’s!! JK in all seriousness FUCK POLITICS. I’d rather watch flies fuck.
Back to LDC / moderators / suppressors / cans – I’ve been on the search for exactly what you’re describing. I’m getting close! So http://trosusa.com will make any thread adapter you want. I’ll need 12mmx1.25 male > 1/2×28 male WALLAH!
Thanks for the good wishes, Your Ig-ship!
Actually, the Lelya will be my only pcp. I am trying, as well, to find a device to quiet it’s tiny bark. What I need is a 1/2-20 X 12mm x 1.25 adapter, male/male ends, a one off adapter that is SAE on one end, and Metric on the other. Life is hard on old people….just try to find such an adapter when YOU get old!!!
Just wait till I get my new knee next week!!! I’ll plant my foot in Wendy William’s ass, if given half a chance! Did you hear where Obama threatened Putin if they take any more of the Ukraine? He said he will then “get tough”. Putin probably pissed his pants from laughing so hard.
I wish Obama would quit drawing lines in the sand…he’s a big enough fool as it is, why tempt rogue national leaders to prove it over and over? Putin is a very dangerous man, to Russians and Americans alike. He’s beginning to believe in his own myth, and has nuclear missiles to back it up. Just my luck…a Russian 20 megaton thermo-nuclear device gets detonated over Toad Suck, Arkansas! Those things are dangerous…a guy can get hurt, especially if you got a bum knee!!!
Regards,
Uncle Hoot:
PS: I don’t know what year the Lelya/Veles thread changed, but it wasn’t too long ago. Couple of years I think. Almost impossible to get an OEM threaded “can” in the U.S., so an adapter is key to the problem.
Hoot I vote you to replace the Wendy Williams show, I hate that bitch and really need to get you your own spot. Thanks for the info 🙂 I’m hoping to receive a long awaited Lelya as well 🙁 I’m sure you have plenty of other PCPs to play with while you’re recovering from surgery. Goodluck Hoot:
My dear your Ig-ship…
There is no need to await response from the “Winged Wonder”…
The Veles, a shortened version of the Lelya, of which I am privileged soon to receive, indeed has two muzzle metric thread sizes: 12X1.0 and 12X1.25 “….but, but, but, which is mine?” You ask! Understandable consternation on your part. I, and I alone, hold the key to this mystery!
Normally, I would charge an individual dearly for such information, but since I am “going under the knife” next week, to have a new knee installed, I feel it necessary to be in good stead with my Maker. So, I shall not charge you for this information.
If your Veles is “older”, then it has the 12mmX1.0 threads. If it is “newer”, then it has the 12mm X1.25 threads! There!!! It is said and done, and at no charge to you.
There is no need for thanks to me personally, it’s just the way I roll.
Regards,
Kindly ‘Ol Uncle Hoot:
Thanks this is a standard Veles if that helps. I’ll wait wait to hear from you wingman.
I think its 12×1.25mm but ill check for you when I get home.. I also beleive there were two different thread pitchs.. I think the old ones were 12x1mm

If my Lelya arrives with the OEM suppressor still attached, as shown in his display pictures at the air gun show, I will literally weep like a child. What more could a grown man want?….other than women, money, motorcycles, boats, firearms, air guns, tools, etc….
