Eu Jin/Sam Yang 32 grain pellet vs 28 grain
Gentlemen, had any shooters tried the heavier grain Eu Jin 32 grain Pellets? I’ve been using the 28 grain and it works fine. Thank you for reading.

I had to use the side of my pocket knife to get some flush with the barrel.
I searched for a pellet insertion tool but found nothing.
I’m open to any ideas on how to do the job without damaging the barrel or the pellet.

I’m having trouble inserting the 32 grain 22 cal. Eun Jins.

Thanks 20 mins away 100’s of acres and a nice guy who owns it doesn’t get much better.

That is a beautiful spot you have to shoot. Nice selection of weapons too!
Gorgeous shooting grounds, I have range envy.
Anyway, I just shot some of the 32 grains at close range indoors 18 yards and the POI was exactly the same as the 28’s. I shot four groups with the 28’s and three were 1/2″ and one was 3/4″.
Then I shot four groups with the 32’s immediately after. Three of the groups were 1/2″ and one was even smaller, so one could argue that the 32’s were slightly more accurate, but I’d honestly say they are AS accurate.
I really like the old 28 grainers but find the 32 grainers are more accurate. I just put my .25 Polygonal barrel back in after doing a recrown and will be testing both the Kodiaks in 31 and Eun Jins in 34.9 grains. I did notice the Kodiaks push thru the barrel very easily while the Eun Jins are friggen tight!!!
At 2500 psi fill the .25 Kodiaks chrony around 950 fps while the Eun Jins clock in around 930 fps with a .60 tophat, 90 gram hammer and PW set at 6.
.22 14.9 Crosman, 28 and 32 grain EJ’s.

Where I shoot up here in Alberta Canada:

Eun Jins recovered from plumbers putty:

My shooting golf cart:

My longest confirmed lasered gopher kill, 124 yards from where I was shooting across to the other ridge using a 21 grain .22 Kodiak launched around 1000 fps, it just fell back well his buddy looked at him but he got smart and went under quickly :

Hope to get out Sunday and do some shooting.

I love them, I wish I had a more powerful .22 springer or a pcp!!

wow your springer shoots .22 heavies? I hope it doesn’t break your spring. My b21 was shooting 21gr pellets for a while til the spring broke. 600 fps.
I have used these on my .22 springer, they destroy everything it hits!

i prefer these pellets over the 28 grainers. They are harder and fit very tight. lol
my sumatra launched one at 1150 fps with a 3300 psi fill
I have no chrony but at 60 yards POI is more than 1″ lower
you mean 4 grains will really make that big of a difference, what’s the speed difference, and how much drop is there at what yardages?
In accuracy they are just as good as the 28 grain, but the speed is less obviously so the POI is a little lower

Try using a quarter to push it in, works for me.
