Evanix MAX Bullpup
Has anyone had a chance to shoot this gun or heard of it? Just found it while browsing online today. Would love for the Cricket or Edgun to be semi-auto or full automatic 🙂

I am new to the PCP but holding off on committing to one until either the Cricket or Edgun comes out with a semi-auto. Been reading a lot and it seems like they will be releasing one in the near future. I would kick myself endlessly in the butt if I purchased a multi-shot only for the semi-auto to be released right after. I know Edgun recently released R3M so what are the chances of releasing a semi-auto the same year?

OK, Im STOKED to say my NC LCD came in! Cant wait to see how well it performs. I just need to see how it attaches. LOL It has internal threads and an O-ring… not sure if it slides on or if it screws on? I

Since you are new to the air guns & PCPs, So, there are a huge air rifles & PCPs you should see, just google it & try to find out others, Pyramyd air & AOA, both are good, they are carrying many good brands, but i am interesting on PCP more than spring power plant, due to high power & specifically the recoil free of the PCP air rifles is one of the main point for me, anyhow, if you like to see some others? i will tell you some;

Have you seen the new Diana PCP version?
check out Tedholover’s vids you will see the good reviews for good brands, i remember he did a review for one good US brand single shot, i don’t remember the name, 😳 sorry. that was a good PCP also.

So, Nomadic Pirate how quite is your MAX with the whisper on it? Do you have a vid with a and without one? Finally where did you get the Black Ops stock???
The stock is the Factory stock painted with truck bed lining,
that LDC is the shortest you can possibly get, the lenght of the LDC will determine the noise, Will Piatt’s Depinger and Baffel system goes a long way in quieting down the gun, than you ad the Clague LDC and you can have a real quiet beast 🙂

Does any one know where to get a SHROUD for the MAX. My 25 is a little loud for my backyard…
My Max Bullpup has been a fun gun to shoot but, I have yet had enough time to spend a day shooting through the chrony as of yet. When I do I will post the numbers. I am thinking by then my new R3M will be in and I can have something to compare with.
I’ve not shot my Max much, hope to have it worked on this summer to at least limit the damage caused by the hammer. The little I have shot it, it’s been very accurate at 50 yards.

Nice kills Nomadic Pirate! I agree with you that the Max’s quality will not be up to par to the Edgun or else they will be everywhere on this forum. I wasn’t able to find much when I did a search. After I posted, I dug a little deeper and found that it only gets 26 shots per fill. Which is not efficient at all compared to the other Bullpups. Nonetheless, I think it would be a fun gun as long as you are standing next to a scuba tank lol…
here are some concept magz for the Edgun, all are flawed, and don’t work as intended but incase someone wants to give it a try, I already have a couple more that im working on that I haven’t showed yet, until im sure they don’t work, lol

Very nice. I know of someone who just bought a Steyr High Power Hunter (with the adjustable comb).
The Skeleton Cricket looks better than the Edgun IMO as well.

I cant remember since I gave that gun away now, and I replaced it with the Steyr Hunting 5, this one is one of these rifles that you love everyday more. but with all honesty I never liked the looks of the Max to start with but after some time it some how appealed to me more than the Edgun design, but I guess that is just my personal opinion.
and a 3D printer is very usefull, you can print all kind of things for your rifles, like baffles, trigger etc, infact I am working on an edgun magazine, but its not easy since I am trying to get it to function without having to modify the breech itself, but its not coming out well (YET). but it can also be used as a cover for the breech, as in cheek rest.
I am trying to find some photos and will post them.
