Ever seen anything like this?
I had a yard full of Deer about one thirty this after noon. This doe has a terrible, I guess tumor on her chest. The other deer ran her off twice.
I thought about putting her down with the .25-SS but she looked healthy otherwise. That and she has a 2/3 grown fawn with her.
Somthing was still serriously wrong with her for the others to chase her off though.
I’m thinking Rattle Snake bite. With the body healing its’ self and segrating the would. I’ve shot seversal snake bit deer over the years. Some has terrible green oozing wounds. The game warden told me to drag them into the woods. 🙁
Sorry for the Pic quality. The Sony Camera has Carl Zeiss Lens, but I guess the front storm door doesn’t have optical quality class in it! 😆

+1 on the shooting it. However, I believe you should definitely record it on video when you do. If it starts squirting that will be so gross it would be awesome!!

I second the vote to aim really low on the sack of that sucker and shoot a through and through, round right through it… It would be the best thing for that poor ol’e doe… Damn we do live in the desert anymore around these parts really…
That could be a snake bit or a number of other things as well, heck she could have snagged herself on a green mesquite thorn and it got infected… I bet she would almost pass out with relief when you shot through it though
She’s a little light, but not by much. They don’t have good food here. It is very dry. Almost desert. They taste Rough!
I fly back to the South East (North Alabama or Tenn.) for Deer to put in the freezer. 😉
No way in hell I’m catching that deer and cutting anything. Those things make a Bob Cat look tame compared to what a deer can do when cornered! 😯

Mine had 1.5 inches of fat on the haunches and it had a 2/3 grown fawn as well!!!
(She is mighty tasty too! 🙂 I’ll likely be making some nice crock pot stew with her this week.)

Pop that baby open and a lot of gross white puss will spurt/pour out of it.
Seen it on cattle back on the farm. We just cut it with a knife (while wearing long rubber gloves… ) and dressed it with some purple colored stuff from the farm supply store.

X2 The cows on my mums farm would get those from tick bites sometimes. Needs to be cut/shot open to release the puss. I bet you see her sigh with relief when you do… 😆

That’s a rattlesnake bite for sure. Every year one or two of my cattle get bit. They usually recover but are never quite the same.
Aim for the abscess.
Most likely tumors caused by a bite of some type. Looks like there’s one on her right rr leg.
Or it escaped from a government bio testing lab. Some DNA swapping experiment gone wrong.

I aggree shoot it through the puss sack see what happens with its health, second thought put it out of its pain right in the head .22/.25 condor easy or 22/250 what ever you got.
up to you pal i think i would just take it out.
