EXPERIENCE WITH FX RIFLES???
To those that have them, a little feedback please. Model, good, bad, recommended y/n? Really like the stock lines/look of these guns but not sure about price point. Considering a T-12 whisper in walnut, monsoon, or Revolution. Comments appreciated. Really like the traditional lines of the t-12 and Monsoon.

Dead nuts accurate, very well made, pretty quiet. There’s a audible “Ping” with each shot, which is off putting to some, I didn’t mind it. Go thru clips as fast as you can pull the trigger. Does around 950 I believe in 14.3 gr., for I think 30 shots or so. Great looks, good power, and very accurate. Now if they would just come down in price, maybe I’d own one, but I don’t think that’s gonna happen any time soon. A VERY nice gun IMHO.
Thanks all so far. Keep the good insights comming. Finding a backyard friendly setup with accuracy comparable to my custom 10/22s out to 50 yd is what lead me to the dark side of pcp airguns (talon ss) to start with.
Love my AF guns but still missing the repeater aspect (revo or monsoon semi- would be a great bonus, remember 10/22 enthusiast here) but wanted some real feedback before I even consider what looks to be an over-inflated price tag. Even if I manage to get over the price of the gun…….$60+ for spare magazines? 😯 definitely don’t want to plunk down the bucks and be unhappy with it.
And to those who I know will volunteer…………NO, I WON’T BUY IT, TRY IT, AND SELL IT TO YOU HALF PRICE…….no matter how much you volunteer to take it off my hands. 😉 😉 😉 😉

I’ve got a Typhoon in .177, which is used primarily for FT. Wonderful gun -with the extension tube, I get 60+ shots before the POI drops off appreciably. Trigger can be adjusted to point where you can blow on it and it’ll shoot.
The T-12 Whisper and Monsoon are built around the same design – for what’s it’s worth, you wouldn’t be dissappointed with either. Bear in mind that FX are made out of aluminum, and are not blued steel, but the fit and finish are flawless.

I recently got a .177 Cyclone, and the more I shoot it, the more I like it. Mine’s the synthetic stock version, this is going to be my field gun. It’s very light, even with a Bushnell 5-15 Legend, incredibly accurate, and just a joy to shoot. I’ve only shot mine on high power, I get around 50 shots at an average of around 950 fps with CPH’s. Currently sighted in at 45 yards, sub 1/2″ groups are common, and I’m about 90% picking off paint balls. Outstanding trigger, although I like the adjustments on my AA a little better. Yes, I also have an AA, an older S400E, also .177. Also an outstanding rifle, but the Cyclone is the one I pick up first. Do I think it’s worth $300 more than a 410? I don’t know, much as I like it, I don’t consider it that much better than my 400, just different. IMO, the 410 and the Cyclone should be priced about the same. BTW, don’t know about the Monsoon and Revo, but the Whisper does NOT have adjustable power. Glad my Cyclone does, this is going to be my winter indoor gun. Later.

great, i have shot a bunch of them.
however i do like the aa410 better !
Fx is great in scandinavia, but here in the states with AOA ditributing the rifles i wouldnt buy one thats for sure…if you have a problem with it, rely on AOA bliming you for the problem or just tell you its normal and fuck off.

i had a monsoon, it was real nice at first, doing about 920 fps (factory specs say 930 so it was very close to spec) then it started to loose power
soon it was barely able to do 860…of course AOA said i was to blame
allright while it worked trigger was nice, monsoon you cant really adjust the trigger much or you will get reliablity problems.
tube extension will fit nicely, and still be shorter then the barrel shroud
shroud makes it nice and quiet….but theres a ping every time you fire, mostly the shooter hears the ping…outside the noise is fine, i do whish they had made the cocking handle less bell shaped…might have helped on the ping….or made it in some other material.
the synthetic stock has quite a bit of flex in it…but it the accuracy is not affected by this
only resason it let it go was poor AOA service…i talked to them several times about power loss…and they just blaimed me…sold it got the aa410erb…and was pleasantly surprised
