Good luck on your endeavors……I have been shooting Powder for 67 years….and competing and kind of tired/bored of it all…..Read on this forum about toufazfou and his Condor .257 hitting cans at 445 yds……Got one from R&L airgun supply………After several months I conjured the idea of building a better one with my gunsmith and go for the maximum I could for accuracy and distance with a cast lead .257…….
Yes the STUFF in the pictures is the best and does cost $$$$$, but at the top of any endeavor, it always comes down to that. Or that old saying, “How Fast do you want to go” :winkn:
Your question to me meant that you wanted a few goodies to help your Condor. I ONLY added the cost factor, not to brag but to show just was involved to get a gun to do what it can and was a 2 off custom builds…The parts are ALL available, but the machining, frame strengthening, and stock work are all GUNSMITH LABOR…..Gunsmith has built all of my 1000 yard competition rifles…
I am NOT at the forefront of my next endeavor, as others are working in the area to advance and I am going to do the same with a TEXAN SOON….. As soon as the High Pressure Valve is ready….Is being tested and modified and for sale soon/weeks.
Yes, you can’t take it with you and am in the position that I earn more retired than when I worked and now spend on what pleases me at the moment…….. 😉
Thanks for comments………….Carl
