Q:

F10 Shoebox Compressor setup (Video)

Hey Guys,

I did post this on other forums but…. I know how some of you TAG diehards are :8: and would probably never see it.

Anyways.. Heres a quick look at my New F10 ShoeBox fill station setup. I know there is not a lot of info out there on it but here’s a start.

Compressors, tanks and pumps

Looks like a nice setup! How much money to you have into the water separator and filters?

The JB alpha high pressure output filter was $400! :suprisedn: The Wilkerson x06 desiccant filter was like $50 with discount code from Zoro. The other two I’ve had for a while and picked them up from Mardens at discounted price with the some of the other hardware. I think they were like $20 buck a piece. The only really necessary one in my opinion is the Desiccant filter. You probably already know this but as long as you allow the first stage air to cool and make some sort of a water trap before it heads into the shoebox, a lot of the water should drop out. I’ve yet to see any water. That being said my dew point up here in Maine has been in the low 30’s. Time will tell as I experiment with this setup… :geekn: Any ideas and suggestions are highly welcome!

Kudos on the intermediate and final filtering and separators. You’re golden!

About time you got one Exz! Great set up by the way very neat.

Thanks Bud! I’m sure I’ll be tinkering a little with my setup.

Where did you get your Shoebox 10?
Thanks, Tony

Thanks! I purchased it off Joe Brancato a few weeks ago. However, I believe it shipped straight from Tom.
