Fair price for .22 Standard Matador 2.5
Thinking of selling my 2.5 which is in excellent condition and is definetly
very accurate like most are.Last group I shot outside at Holbrook Sportsmans @50yds was .25 “ctc(have pic)I used to love shooting
squirrels and sparrows out back where I live till someone complained.I
have been shooting some benchrest and put about $700 into my m-rod
My left hip is in bad shape so hunting is out and have been looking at
the BM500 BR gun.Never thought I`d sell it but times and situations
change.Still not 100% sure but would like to get an idea of a reasonable

Right now as I type this, Brian Williamson has one on the Yellow but it a brand new 25 caliber standard. He wants $2150. shipped.
Is that not close to what they are selling for new?

Doesn’t it suck when your having safe fun and someone complaines and ruins the fun….my neighbor is like that buy being that its legal to shoot as long as its safe the police can’t do anything…..that’s why I get my targets up no where near his house so i don’t need to hear his mouth.

Your Edgun 2.5 is old, outdated, out-featured, and outperformed by the new R3s and Crickets. It is no longer highly-desirable and is frowned upon because of the newer bullpups currently in the market that outshine them. Fortunately for you, I am willing to buy outdated, out-featured, and undesirable air rifles. Just sell it to me for $250.:wink:
I think $1400.- $1600. Don’t think it would be out of line to ask more and see if someone is willing to pay more.
Personally I like the way the R3’s are built better than the R2.5’s but now that the crickets are selling around $1500. the days of Edguns selling for $2500. and more are gone.

If it is an R3 then yes that is the price for a new gun and from what I understand Tony has some .25 standards in stock.
