Falcon menance
Anybody ever use this scope on any rifle before??
It has a 30 MM tube, good glass , mildot . 1/4 in. repeatable clicks , evelation hash marks and a fat ass price tag of 400.
which I guess is the cheaper side of good scopes , but it still hurts LOL.
thinking about getting one , but wanted some feedback from any user’s
thanks

I had just come from a lifelong wrestling background at that point so it was a lot easier on me and I was still 17 when I graduated basic and almost all the way through AIT still 17 lol I was a youngster when I went in.
How good are these bushys? I have a pair of binos from bushnell and they are nice for $40 but not familiar with their scopes.
That tower isn’t far from our old family farm. It would make a hell of a deer stand! 😀
Your commander’s name is Blew-it ! No way! 😀
300 is awesome! I belived I got 280 or 290, I maxed the push-ups maxed the sit-ups and blew it on the run. %^%$#

If you were that tempted by the 4200 I hope you didn’t look through any leupold varix3 scopes. I drool every time. 😀
I got VERY lucky shopping for my leupolds. The blaser came with a 3.5-10 on it, which is extremely nice and probably the clearest scope I own. I wanted a bit more magnification though, and luckily a guy on here sold me a varix3 6.5-20×40 with adjustable objective all in perfect condition for 300 bucks. Just slightly more that 1/4 the price of a new one. It now sits on the blaser, and the 3.5-10 sits on the cz.
My poor condor still has a leapers. One day I’ll fix that and get another varix3 for it, but I have to find one that focuses down close, most I see with an AO won’t focus under 50.
One day…. 😀

It was tougher than it looked and I set the record for the course and now I’m going to brag lol.
Anyone in the service knows how tough a max on the PT test is and now I’m all banged up so I once again have to live in the past.
I won’t make the mistake of not listening to myself again and go leupold or the bushy 6500
Oh I remember that fucking tower!!!

AHHHHHHHHHHH, I just bought a freaking Leupold Mark AR 3×9 for $250
thats a lot of doughnuts for a 3×9. My scope was broke and I had to get something that I had confidence would click and work well.
I was looking for a Bushy legend but nobody had any , went on line found one for 165 plus shipping (Amazon.com )and tax (yep fucking Tax) came to 180.
called all the gun shops , nothing , went to the gun shops , nothing went to Dick’s to check for a bushy and they had the lupy on sale , so I said hell with it.
I almost got in trouble at the gunshop , the guy shows me a Bushnell 4200 elite 6x24x40 for 500 30 mm tube.
swwwwwwing!!! I started getting that funny feeling like ya get when ya climb the rope in Gym class.
when I looked through it , a funny thing happened, it started talking to me, whispering sweet nothings in my ear , 😯 you know the speil, telling me how it wants to come home with me, that’ she’s not like the other scopes.
tempting me with her turrents just stareing out at me. and she had the nicest reticle
Im like listen , not tonight , its.. its..its…its, just not a good time, its not you , I think your beautifull and all but I really cant . she said she would wait till I was ready. Cant stop thinking about her.
I had to get out of there before I did something stupid.
I ended up with the leupy instead, she’s pretty too. cant wait to start useing and abuseing her.
😛 😛 😛
If you need to have warranty work on the Nikko it will go through legacy and they will make you pay for shipping there and back to you even if the scope is defective I just want to make sure you know the whole story on warranty work hold over.
On a good note the glass was close to some of the leupolds that I’ve used and it was a fun scope until it started having issues.
I think I might go with the 3200 or the legend . seems about the best for the price
Try Opticzone or opticsplanet .com’s Good prices. You can get a very good scope for 400.00! The bushy 3200’s and 4200’s are fine scopes!

Have a look at http://www.legacysports.com
Nikko Stirling are really excellent scopes.I have the Diamond 4.5-14 x 50 AO MD( $225).It’s got great optics and none of the useless add ons that make the Chinese scopes so heavy, and pricey.I will not knowingly buy anything Chinese these days.
I also have the Mountmaster 6 x 40 mildot on a Rapid 7,it’s a great combo.
Thanks , I read the review at sniper central and it gave them a thumbs up in everything. but it did say they the earlier ones , and the cheaper ones were not up to standard also.
Arrrrrrrrrghhhhhhhh I want a nice scope but its frustrating as hell to get anything other than a freaking Leupold, which is out of my price range.
I have a Falcon Menace 7.5 x 50 with a 30mm tube.Over here in UK it cost £175 new.
I originally bought it for my Stealth (that’s a UK Talon) and the optics are only ok.The 7.5 x fixed power is good but the thing is HEAVY.1 lb 12 oz+.
The reticle is engraved on glass and is a mil dot. However there is dust and dirt on the reticle and it was there from new.
I do not use it any more,I now have either Bushnell Legends on my air rifles,or Nikko Stirlings. The optics on these scopes are better in every way,the units are lighter, and they are all cheaper.Falcon are Chinese made and seem to be produced in the same factory as MTC.I would steer clear of Chinese optics and go for Phillipines or better still Japanese.
Hope this helps,
Bob

Ive only read good things about the 4200, almost as good as the top of the line scopes for half as much. I looked trough them and would be very satisfyed to own one.
I doubt you find anything better in that price range.however I havent used it so I dont know how well they dial in, but from what I read, there’s no problems.
