Famous Trails 5x monocular worth it? If not what to get?

So I have a condor and a ridiculously large population of racoons to cull. Am thinking of getting a monocular to mount the way others have behind their scope.

Big 5 has this one on sale right now (and about every other week lately).

Don’t really want to shell out any more than 100-200$ for the thing. Doing mostly 50 yd and under shooting. It is definately going to be pretty dark as I will be hunting in the woods or my own back yard.

Suggestions?

and doesn’t any one have new info since the new Yukon stuff has come out? Is the slightly more expensive version worth it or is the only difference the 5x versus 3x magnification?
