Filling Synthetic stock and then some

The IZH 512M I have has a synthetic stock which is hollow and feels a bit cheap when you pick it up so I was going to fill the stock with foam to reduce the noise. I couldn’t find the expandable insulation I had laying around so i used Gorilla glue… too much gorilla glue it would seem because this is what I found after I let it sit last night.

Luckily the glue peeled right off the outside and just needed some work with a chisel on the inside.

Doesn’t make that cheap hollow noise anymore…
