Finished RWS850 Project….
Got a unique RWS 850 that I finished up today.
HPA converted, set to 12fpe for a ton of shots on the 22ci bottle.

I was looking at that and looking at the inside of the stock. I’m thinking I can take a simple rolled piece of aluminum and secure under there. If I do it properly and paint it black, it should look like part of the gun and will be tucked away enough to not damage the rather fragile aluminum….. I also thought about just using some black plastic tubing and cut it out to fit with the dremel.
In any case, yes… I agree that the stock would have been a bit better served by having a bit more ‘meat’ at the top to cover the gap.
Looks very nice. Shame about the gap under the receiver where the barrel enter’s though (you just cant please some people….)
