Q:

First FFP scope arrived

Well the first of the two entry level FFP scopes I ordered arrived a full 2 days sooner than I had anticipated. Will save my review/comparison till the Falcon gets here before I go in depth but must say for the cost this is more scope than I had hoped for. Turrets are nice and audible, glass is VERY clear (puts my old Hawke Eclipse to shame) and reticle looks great. Will be honest I’m hoping the falcon just doesn’t stack up would be nice to save $100.

Also check out the Leupold line. These are all second focal but for target work that should be a non issue.

Good to hear on the BSA, I wouldn’t mind saving 100 either! Actually I was going to go with the 5.5-20x-50 Falcon if I am going to buy the Falcon. That’ll be a $300 saving 🙂
