First taste of blood
Finally had something wander into my yard and had a shot at him. I hit him but I think the bullet sunk due to low psi /: But now i cant wait for the next chance to execute perfectly after I fill back up! So hyped!

and remember you can claim a kill with out a trophy that is why i have like 500 squirrel tails in the garage lol
Cant really call that a taste of first blood that is a taste of shooter panic and an adrenalin rush taste of first blood is when you pick up that first kill cut it open and rub the insides all over your face and drink the blood. But i never did that so have fun with that lol.

Thanks, Pan! I’ll start saving them in quantity, since they just want them bone-in, dried straight and salted. That’s easy.
You’d think they would pay more for Fox Squirrel tail, since they’re larger and more colorful. Plus, there are fewer. I’ll need to compare the fly tiers’ prices on those.
