Flashlight mount question
Ok I just bought a green laser and it came with its own mount to attach the unit to a a scope….
The problem is that the adaptor is a 1″ scope to 1″ flashlight which won’t work cause my scope is a 30mm…
Now I want the same flashlight mount but with a 30mm base and 1″ for the flashlight….
This is what I have.
And if you guys have a better option than let me know….I like the fact that this mount has rails on both sides of it.

Cost?
Hoot:
It’s pictured just above.
It almost is the same, except it has 3 rails not 2.
I can’t get the listing because I bought a pair of dovetail rings for an old gun/scope I don’t even use for $5. and the guy sent me a TOTALLY different pair than what he listed lol, instead of 1” high dovetails he sent me the ones I am talking about…Here’s a pic: (sorry for the shit quality, just snapped this with my phone)

30mm (with 1” optional inserts) High profile weaver rings. Only 1 of the rings has the rails. I have no idea what they’re called or anything else about them lol, just came in a bag. If they didn’t have that useful 3-way rail I would’ve returned them. They just make it super easy to attach a light or whatever you need on any side, and I meant you could use the top or right side if your scope has a wheel on the left 😛 Sorry if that confused everyone! You guys must’ve thought I was talking about an additional ring. I meant actual scope rings with rails on em 😛 thats why i was saying it’d clear the lense for sure. I also have an additional ring like you pictured, but it doesnt clear the lens on most scopes so I use these! So take back your sacrasm Mr. Donny! :winkn:
Lol that’s why I wanted to see what kind of mount he was talking about because I was thinking if mine doesn’t clear I can add another rail to the ones on the scope ring and that would give me the clearance.
But what he said kinda made me read it twice…. 😳
You gotta think outside of the box sometimes Mike, it’s obvious he has an oval objective lens.
So with these if your light won’t clear the top of the scope you can mount on either side, like the right, so you can still use a side wheel”
How’s that going to work. The objective bell is the same size on top, left, right, and bottom. How is putting the light on the side going to clear any better than on the top of the tube? 😕
HUH? ”

Yea if you could get a link to that eBay listing cause it sounds like your describing the one I just bought…

I just use 30mm rings that have a small weaver rail on the top, left, right sides of it. Dont know the bran d name.got it off ebay for $5 haha.but it works perfect for attaching a light as long as it has a ring with a weaver connect. I’ll post a pic when I get home.very simple and easy setup. I wish I knew what kind of rings they were called.they also came with inserts to go from 1″ to 30mm anytime.

The only problem I see is my hawke is a 50mm objective…and I don’t know if the attachments I’m going to put on them will clear the front of the scope.
Works great. Got one on mine

Yep that’s what this little project is for…night hunting…
I already have the laser but next is the green flashlight that I was going to mount right next to the laser.

The laser is 5mw and I got it off eBay for about $30 bucks….it came with 2 mounting brackets and a pressure switch..it’s not a name brand but it’s way brighter than I thought it would be.
