I always wondered why some people auction off their perfectly working power tools.

Man that is a big lathe!

One of the course instructors gave us a story about a long-haired chap who was scalped.

And another one about a flywheel getting jammed until the bolts sheered and it flew off down the workshop and went clear through a brick wall. 😯

i worte about it some time ago….even the small lathes can still rip or brake a finger

and then theres the countless cuts, torn nails etc…hehe…
