For the hell of it: ACOG on Talon SS

Got an ACOG for an AR15 that I’m currently awaiting delivery on. Mounted it on an TSS just for the hell of it. Not able to shoot the SS because of neighbors, but just looking through it, it seems that it’s not suited for any precision air rifle use… It’s a TA31F, 4×32 red chevron and although the glass is spectacular and makes a good all-around firearm scope, it’s doesn’t have nearly enough zoom to make use of an air rifle’s precision at shorter distances. A tube scope would work (and look) much better on this gun, in my opinion.
