I do have a digital one that is only a year old that goes down to .01 I believe, we used it for our airgun business and it is like new! I iwll have to get you specs and details if you are interested. It is very very accurate!
If you can find one that goes down to 0.05 gr, that’s about as good as you can get unless you have a ton of cash.
Search the ‘net for myweigh digital scales.

Make sure you get one that does grains.
I found that weighing pellets didn’t make much difference inside 40 yards.
