free targets but I’m havin’ trouble posting the .pdf files
Dang! I do web sites and code, but I’m having trouble with this photobucket protocol! I designed some simple useful targets. The first “targetcircles” is a mix of different sizes, useful for zeroing in or range changing.

The second, “inchtargets” is a group of 1 inch targets for sharper shootin’.

If anyone wants a .pdf file to print on 8.5 x 11 regular paper, e-mail me at: bogmansac@hotmail.com and I’ll send you the file. I can’t get photo_uckit to upload those .pdf files and I’ll be damned to spend hours figuring it out. I can design pretty much anything in Illustrator, but I find these simple ones useful. If the forum has a place I can upload targets, great, I’d be glad to make a bunch of different ones and take a few requests. It’s easy to make lines thicker, for example, if folks are shootin longer range. These are good at least to 70 yards, depending on the scope. Colors can also be added, but most folks have a black-n-white, or can xerox from an original.
I’d be glad to e-mail target files to someone willing to post them in a way others can get to them. Designing them takes less time than figuring out which web site wants what. Crap! I’m on dial-up here in the sticks. These are not big .pdf files, so they won’t choke even my connection. 😉

I appreciate the tip, but, scribd won’t even load the home page after 20 minutes. I’m on dial-up, no hi speed out here. The scibd site, like so many, assumes you got great bandwidth. It’s FULL of advertising, junk code running in the background, and unresponsive javascript code. I checked out the source code and looked at it (I manage a couple web sites), way too cluttered to work here in the boonies.
I wish sites would just do their job and not try to sneak in all kinds of useless crap. Just because your car will cruise at 70 mph, full of trash, doesn’t mean you have to fill it with trash.
Any other publishing sites out there I can try out? I realize, ss, you got no way of knowing what my groundhog-chewed, half mile phone line can take!
Thanks!
