That snowball was moving at about 30 fps. Knocked them clean over though. Hahahha. We pass through Georgetown on way to buddies cabin up at Airport Flat by Loon Lake. Been to a couple of benchrest shoots out at Sac shooting club in Ione put on by Jim C on Yellow . Lots of fun. Definitely meet up sometime. I’m avid bow hunter but air gunning for smaller quarry has been a blast.

Unlike an air gun that caliber of a snow ball proceeding down range, as in downhill, gains in fpe and becomes even greater in caliber. Looks like the snow that missed us dumped on you, but I’m sure your kids didn’t mind that!

Had to look up Shingletown, I see its located in the Mount Lassen area, you’re very fortunate it’s a beautiful area. I live east of you (Roseville) about an hour’s drive, Georgetown. May have to invite ya up sometime, very few people around here into air guns but I try to educate them from time to time to stir up some interest. Sometimes this air gunning is a small world. Met some yellow forum members at the Diablo Gun Club awhile back, great people. Being of the area have you ever participated in the fun shoots at the Cordova gun range across town from you? Perhaps someday we’ll run into one another, until then enjoy that Edgun.
Kind regards,
Mike

I’m in North Sacramento/Roseville area. Up at Shingletown this weekend at cabin. Having fun with snowball fight today. Kids learned that one shot one kill just doesn’t apply to rifles. Not sure what caliber my snowball was but its in the 50lb range and definitely packed some punch ;-). The fear in their eyes was priceless.

Hey there Demp223
Nice looking rig. I have same caliber but in Std. length. Where are you from? Looking at the back ground I would guess you’re in northern Ca. I recognize the Ponderosa Pine and the Manzanita. Looks like my back yard.

Enjoy!
