I was talking to a fellow air gunner with a lot of Veterans ,
I just found it funny I bet over 3/4 of old marred guys the wife has no idea how much we spend on our toys.
If i was to die the wife would sell my PCPs on cregs list for 25 to 35 dollars each. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
Just a passing funny thought.

Years ago I bought a custom AMT 10-22, when I finally got it, I told my wife it was her prairie dog rifle. First time she lifted it, she said it was to damn heavy! So I said looks like I have a new P-dog rifle and I handed her my old Marlin 39A.
Sort of like a “don’t ask, don’t tell” situation with my wife only non-sexual in preference. Tell her a little white lie lest I be shot with my own airgun. :rofl:
For me the Cheap Trick is not to get the wife involved in the first place !
Just saying ……….. it’s a man’s thing babe.
She replies yah, I’m going shopping for Gucci and Louis Vuitton.

My solution was to buy my wife a . 25 Vulcan, so it’s a “together” activity … priceless! :winkn:

Yeah the wife thinks I got $500 invested ? :confusedn: in two tanks, Vulcan, Veteran, marauder, stoger springer and a compressor! Oh shit I’m in trouble! Not to mention the gun cases that she has purchased for Christmas an birthday. I don’t even want to discuss the scopes!
She will definitely require some jewelry or new flooring if/ when she wises up :rofl:

That Marlin 39A could keep my Browning BL-22 company. :biggrinn:
My buddy retired from Browning and opened his own store which is huge now and they refinished my BL-22 with a new grade II stock to a new condition and fixed the trigger. Amazing work as it was pretty scratched. It was my very first firearm. I had a Browning semi-auto grade II 22 as well. One of those guns I wish I had not sold. :sadn:
