FVA…O rings ordered
How did the 3.5mm x 25.2mm prints workout? I’m reading 3mm x 25.2mm in my 25 cal Manual.

Guys, while trying to find how my AT is leaking. I removed the end cap with manometer, manual specks the 3 x 25.2 oring, but I ordered those 3.5 x 25.2. Below is a picture of the 3mm one. The current oring has no damage to my eye, but I noticed the space and am wondering if the 3.5 would be a tighter fit? You guys have way more experience than I with PCP so what do you think should I replace whith 3.5 mm?
I find the smaller sized oring is better than factory. My probe is ways better with that size oring from Napa. See sticky

Not sure how I messed that up other than being sloppy.
Haven’t used them so can’t say how they will work but it would certainly be best to order the size spec’d in the manual.
The sticky is locked but perhaps the mods could make that change.

A looser fit wouldn’t be a good idea. Grove looks wide enough to maybe forgive that. If you have orings on hand you can try them. Make sure you apply some lube so you don’t damage them while you putting it together.
