GTBJ, after returning the first FX 4-stage due to weird vacuuming on the upstroke, the replacement “new” pump sometimes has a bit of vacuum which pulls the handle downward. If it’s yanked a bit, it comes free and acts normal. But it has happened frequently. It’s fairly new still and the lube is OK, Only filled a Royale a couple times. Any idea what’s going on?

I think that’s fairly common with these, mine has done that the whole time I’ve had it, just the nature of the beast I believe. I got it with the condor when they first came out many years ago (my condor is number 85 I think) it is actually labeled as an airforce pump… back before the bean counters found china…
