FX Bobcat .25 tuning
I’m almost afraid to ask this question. 😎 Anyone aware of where I can get my Bobcat .25 tuned other than by the vendor?

I think Zonk is out prairie dog shooting this week like I was a week and a half ago so it may be a while before he responds. :4:

Word on the street is that Zonk knocks them down with an air rifle, then runs over and chops off their head then post on the forum. Just like his chipmunk :whistle:

I would sure think so. We shot a hog and a young calf with my buddy’s .25 and they dropped like a sack of potatoes. Mines shooting around 860 fps and would like it around 880- 890 if possible…………. :4:

That’s what originally told Allen but, he said “if it’s more accurate at 870-880 would I be OK with that?”. I said heck yeah. I just wanted the high fps to care of some armadillos that are digging up our garden but, 870 should get “through to them” just fine.
It may rub off on you Ville….

Yes! Do that. I’ll tune it so you’ll not be able to recognize it after that. I start by chopping off some unnecessary, ugly parts. That will be many. It will loose a lot of weight under my tender care.

Hey, Zonk – yeah it’s regulated but, the reg seems to be the biggest problem with it. Top velocity is only 815-820 fps. 🙁
Thinking about sending mine to Sir Ville for some TLC… I know he’ll sleep with it because it’s sooo soft and snuggly…

Well, I called Allen Zasadny this morning – left a message and he called back 10 minutes later. He is, without a doubt, one of the friendliest people I’ve ever talked to. Basically I requested that he look at the Bobcat and do whatever he feels is necessary to get it shooting at its best. You can tell that he is a man delivers whatever he promises.
