Q:

FX GUNS, Just take a look

Even the suck ups over on the other site are scratching there heads with all the problems and all the FX guns for sale, Duh, You have NO control of what is leaving the factory, And you build as fast as you can, Your going to have problems , I do think they have some guns down pat , But with NO quantity control , Its the shits.
I will step up and say, I would pay 2000 bucks for Teds Impact gun right now, But off the line impact maybe 1,200 bucks
and thats a BIG maybe,
I am not trying to start shit just look at the facts PEOPLE.

If you buy an impact you have to buy a wildcat too, as a backup gun. It is so good.

…after deeper analysis the airgun nation folks agreed on that. There was a post like this yesterday, I am not making this up right

Imagine buying a impact that shot well

Another buddy had a Impact in .25, I wasn’t impressed with it at all. Both my Bullpups out shot his Impact. He ended up selling it and getting a Vulcan and is very happy with it.

quote kris:

The German skinhead Sprave was cool though with his multi shot arrow Gatling. Was alpha version too, reading the news he must be very busy doing other more important things…

did the arrow barrel come out for the public/officially in the end or it was all sci-fi? Somehow it all went very quiet on AGN

The slingshot guy?

Ironically the impact was the best looking gun they built to date and the most problematic 😛

Right – it’s the 2-3 year beta testing phase with customers that sux on brand new models. At least Ed was doing it with small quantities but Fredrick is sending bushels of the latest guns out to receive their final testing by the public. Ernest is helping mask the symptoms of the problem a bit but the guns often reach the customers first. I guess they would go broke if they implemented ISO 9000. Some probably claim to be. 😛

Maverick had the hummingbird problem but otherwise seems to have better QA overall. PCP’s have some demanding requirements.

The 400 and 500 series really aren’t bad guns. They’ve been around awhile to so the bugs should be worked out. It’s the new stuff they come out with every year that scare me away :biggrinn:

That’s the way it sounds Coda. My buddy has a .25 Bobcat and he’s had it three years and I can’t believe he hasn’t had one problem with it. Must be a fluke!!

Doesn’t their web site description say it all? :biggrinn:

From the shelf into the service department. :winkn:

By the way what happened to the Masterclass series, I can’t find anything online only a teaser! Am I doing something wrong?

Mike why do you think Fredrick has hired Ernest to train people to repair his airguns at his new FX USA factory. He KNOWS his guns need work before leaving the factory in Sweden.
