Sorry even though I know how—-I was lost. it should be step by step disassemble so you don’t mislead the owner in the wrong directions—> leading to lost time and wear and tear on the orings you my not have, its so easy to damage the 2 oring in front of the reg tube chamber that’s where the outlet of the reg goes in to pressurized the whole rear tube. please dont take that impact apart unless you have a complete oring kit from me or AOA, there are 15 or so oring in this impact the most in any other BP, if its leaking contact your dealer for repair under your warranty.
Sniperq8y, you need a 1mm hex Allen to remove that small set screw holding the front plunger so the whole rod with hammer / VS can slide out the rear. from there you can show how to replace that small quad / X ring that seals the rod in front of the regulated tub chamber.
The Impact is a beauty in design but a nightmare to fix leaks if you have no experience.
