I don’t get the humor. He did exactly what he was told to do. In Arkansas, the hunter’s handbook advises the hunter to always carry a light shovel, when hunting with one or more individuals. Just common sense, actually! Without a shovel, you are required by law to “field dress” the victim, before leaving them in the woods to go for help.
