Q:

Good beye my friend …

With some pain in my heart I will sell my condor on steroids. My dear friend was capable of delevering me so much joy on modifying and tweaking. Goal was to squeeze out 200J with the .22 barrel. Unfortunately I did only come to 185J (135Fpe) last time because I didn’t have enough air pressure. Somebody now will come over within 1,5 hour and he will be the new owner of my good old friend. But I will not have much time to regret it I hope …… because tomorrow a very good successor will follow, an 8 mm beaumont warrior! This is a true beast. I will post some pictures of it next time.

I live in America, the richest nation on Earth.

These guys live in Eastern Europe. I grew up believing they were all dirt poor, ate grilled insects for breakfast, and had turnip green and acorn soup for supper, with a slice of black bread, IF they were lucky. All the TV shows and movies showed them walking, riding bicycles, and had large goats to pull their carts to work. The women were all hunched over, fat, and ugly, with boils on their ass, and wore head scarves, and long black coats, even in summer. They were to be pitied and prayed for!

I felt blessed and very lucky.

Now I find out they are living high, have slender beautiful women, with no boils, nice clothes, own nice rides, and have premium air guns that I couldn’t even afford to buy lead for.

As a bigoted, racist, running capitalist American dog, I am upset that these guys have shapely chicks, nice rides, good eats, premium air guns, and I don’t. It ain’t right, I tell you….it just ain’t right!!!! Could the American government have lied to me? Heck, I didn’t even realize Holland was in Eastern Europe. Dang…I guess I don’t get out that much anymore. Looks like things have changed.

awesome gun someone send me one 😆

I’s not only a muscle gun, I have won the last three 100m bigbore matches with the 8mm I also have. These matches were also my first matches, so me was happy….
I did a 10 shot group within 1,6 inch at 100 meters, not bad I think. Yes, these guns are very expensive but for as far as I know the most accurate in it’s powerclass. I was lucky to get my hands on these two second hand beaumonts 😀

And o yes, Kazz is my worst nightmare this year for the upcoming 100m matches this year.

They’re very expensive at $4.350

Not many videos on youtube about them.

So, is it accurate or is it just a muscle gun ?

Can someone post some groups, or even better, a video?

I can tell you guys Gradje is a hell of a shooter 🙂 Hope we see each other in the next series of Dutch competition Gerard 🙂

Meanwhile I own a second Beaumont which is also a beast of an airgun. I have just bought a bunch of 63,5 grain!!! pellets in cal .223. I’m not expecting them to be accurate but I’m just curious how much PFE I can get of with these boys. I am getting pretty good results on 100m with rws 41,5 grain pellets. I haven’t done intensive chrony tests yet with the external regulator but filling with more than 230 bar makes the 41.5 grains go supersonic. I hope to do some testing this friday.

quote Assman83:

135fpe w/.22? What were you shooting and how fast?

It was with 58 grainers with 315m/s. At 260 bar, no more pressure was in the 300bar bottle.

135fpe w/.22? What were you shooting and how fast?

You are just waiting for that new beauty to come in! lol
I think you will be very happy with that beast!
