Q:

Got a .25 Vulcan in route!!!!***Arrived***

I’ve been talking with Peter over a TAG and he says he really likes the new changes made to the Vulcans. The shroud had been redesigned and the bolt handle improved. It should be here in a couple of days, It’s been awhile since i was this excited about a new airgun. From what I hear that rifle should be sweet.

So Air crazy did you get around to shoot some 120 yard targets? Or are you about ready to sell it on yellow

yep they r great guns, and now that guys are getting them at last, the word is out on them
looks like you got some nice gain on your also enjoy.

…the addiction worsens… I gotta get me one of those 🙁 and it seems they shoot as good as they look, even better.

Looks like you have the upgraded version. I guess the moderator was upgraded too. I am really interested in the sound report. Is this gun much louder than your Cricket .22? What FPS can you achieve from your Vulcan? What about shot count?

Nice and small it is. Can’t wait to get mine

I’m posting some quick pics and will get more into it tomorrow. My first impressions are WOW!! Big thanks to Peter over at TAG we had numerous talks and answered all of my annoying questions. lol. The first thing you notice when you open the case is how small it is. For .25 this size to make this kind of consistent power is mind blowing. The stock is nice as feels very comfortable, The cocking handle is sturdy and must be a huge improvement over the ball design. It’s super light in my opinion, it’s actually light than my cricket compact with the synthetic stock but it’s packing a much greater punch. Trigger is crisp out of the box and I will play with it to see if i can get it close to my cricket trigger. The report seems to been backyard friendly but it’s hard to tell with a hammer slap ting you get when fired. I’ll do more on the sound test and have someone fire it while I stand away because I think the hammer slap is deceiving. The mag is simple and holds and cycles polymags with no issues. If you were on the fence with this one you better order one!!!!

Really shows how small she is….

improved cocking bolt.

Grain has nice character.

Good luck with your U.S. Postal service delivery! Will you post a photo of your rifle when you receive it? I am curious to see what the stock looks like. Could you also post a photo of the connection between the bolt rod and the probe?
Thanks, Mike
