out the window was my first thought. i am not worried about the heat because i heat with wood, that is why i am a sissy when it comes to the cold. our house stays around 75 to 78 in the winter. but i have never shot good in cold weather, there are probably many reasons for that. my fingers get numb and heavy coats get in the way and i never seem to relax.

Open the window before you shoot and look out for the window sill!!! 😆

I think you have the ticket there, stay inside and keep the rifle warm and shoot out the window… Hopefully you have a door between your kitchen and the rest of the house… 😉
