Greetings from SoCal
Evening TAG: I usually hang out on the GTA site but figured it was time to add some spice and versatility into my air gunning life. Looking forward to the education, camaraderie, and shared experiences with you guys (and gals). Only been shooting about year now, ex-militray still do a lot of traveling and got into the sport to rid myself of some peskie rabbits in my backyard, so I picked up the .177 RWS 34P Pro compact, and thus began my education. Quickly seduced by the dark side, acquired the AA S510 and fell in love with what a fine tuned air gun could do. And the addiction continues to grow wanting something shorter than a broom stick, I just aquired the Cricket Standard (not even shooting it yet: deployed) but looking forward to all the mayhem that it can dish out. And with all that said never did get those rabbits the wifey seemed to have rabbit proof the backyard (for now  ). I keep an eye out and have spotted the cotton tale, the ground squirrel, and even a couple of chipmunks roaming the other side of the fence. But until then I have my way with the starlings, sparrows, pigeon, and even a pestie crow. I’m limited in my range right now (25 yards in the back) being in a small city and looking to stretch out their legs 50 – 100 yards to map out my scopes, and put them through the paces and see just how sweet I can play them. So again I say Good morning, afternoon, and good evening to you all and I look forward to the journey. 😎

Still trying to figure out it where the legal shooting areas are on BLM around here. Most of the post of read are out towards Bakersfield, there are quite a few shotgun legal places closer but being an air rifle just don’t know. Still looking to hook up with someone whom hunts around here, i’m sure they would know.
