Wow Hoot I didn’t know that Bedwetter was that well known?? It’s no wonder he plays pocket pool so often……He must be running out of 2nd and 3rd and 4th and 5th cousins……

:hoot:

Back in the day, Bedwetter’s dad worked in a whisky factory. He was in charge of cleaning the cork stoppers that went in the bottles. His job was to suck each of the corks so they would be damp and slide into the bottles easier! By default, he became known around the factory as a “Corksucker!”

To add injury to insult, because the poor man had no education to speak of, he eventually became known as a “Stupid Corksucker!”

Leadpecker followed his daddy into the beverage production industry in Kentucky. He ignored the taunts of the less gifted, and worked harder than anyone. Eventually, because he began dipping the corks into the whisky vat to kill that nasty raw cork taste, before he sucked them, he ingested thousands of calories every day, and grew very very large…so much so, that his supervisor once proudly said of him…”That guy’s the biggest corksucker in the state of Kentucky!”

Urban legend??? Some would say possibly. Although such taunts are prohibited by “Political Correctness” in today’s society…Bed-Wetter became a stronger, wiser man for his experience in the factory. He went on to become a farmer and grew corn, lots and lots of corn! He couldn’t afford a fancy drying bin back then, so he harvested his corn, dug out a large circular hole back near the barn, covered it with a huge black tarp, and let the sun dry his corn before he sold it at the grain mill. He saved so much money on drying bins and fuel, he expanded his operation and made a great deal of money.

Eventually, are you ready? he became known as the biggest “Cornholer” in the state of Kentucky!

He eventually retired, took up airguns as a hobby, and now lives alone as a rich but bitter, former corksucking cornholer!

You can’t dream this shit up! This is the actual hardscrabble life that made Leadbutter the man he is today. Be gentle with him…he has known hard times!!!

With great respect and kindest regards,

Uncle Hoot:

PS: When the Gay retirement community was consulted to verify parts of the above history, it was remarked back then most of the Gay community had “known” Leadpecker, several of them admitting to multiple times.

Hoot, do you JUMP up in the middle of the night when you come up with these great one liners??

Vortex optics still suck :thumb:

Insert clever remark

Dearest decrepit uncle :hoot: ,

Thank you for pointing out my lack of punctuation. I apologize for my hillbilly ways.

Your quick wit and impeccable use of punctuation makes me think you are a writer or literary scholar. Or are you of literary lineage?

On further thought, you do have a slight resemblance to the great beat writer William S. Burroughs

Further investigation of Mr. Burroughs has shown you both have common interest and hobbies.
Such as, shooting guns, shooting at your wives, selling junk to kids, bedding with young men, and maintaining a opiate addiction.

Was Mr. Burroughs your father,? Mentor,? Or are you the bastard love child from a night of gay sex in morocco before WW2 ? If you were bore from a mans ass that would explain the smell……

Kindest regards from you loving nephew leadbedwetterpecker

Leady, don’t get defensive. You know dearest Uncle Hoot is the most helpful individual on the TAG forum. Just to smooth thing over a bit, I think (ya all), would be the local translation equivalent of “you’re”. I hope this helps in some small way.

quote Leadbetter:

quote :

Vortex has the worst optical clarity of any scope on the market! Your more or less buying a scope that’s less clear than a tasco with nightforce features at leupold Vx-2 prices.

A few years ago vortex was really pushing scopes on powder burners
Some of the neewbs bought em, most never bought anymore and now the company is trying to push them off on airgunners.

This has been a public service announcement.

:hoot:

Dear BedWetter….you spelled public horseshit announcement wrong!

Futhermore…the word “your” indicates ownership, whereas the correct word you should have used is “you’re”, which indicates something you are doing, or something you represent.

Example: “Leadbetter, your pathetic little dick is an embarrassment to all mankind!”, but “Leadbetter, you’re the single greatest living example for the need to have legal fourth term abortions!” indicates a bad example through actions, lack of achievements, and/or absence of knowledge.

Kindest regards,

Hoot:

PS: Why do you have a scope that almost as heavy and nearly as long as the gun it is on? Sell that log and pick up a Vortex for the same money, and get much better optics!
