Q:

Hammer Spring

Dyotat100 sent me a hammer spring slightly heavier than the factory stock spring.

I was looking for a little faster lock time, and hopefully fewer aberrant slow=low shots that show up time to time.

I shot three groups @ 85 yards. First is the center group, followed by the right hand group. Once sighted in, I shot one group for accuracy. The group on the left. Shot #1 went low, and it was 100% my fault. Still getting use to the super sear! 😆 So I shot 5 more, 6 in total.

WooHoo! 😀

Wont know the fps until tomorrow. Shooting at night, with a lit target.

Power wheel on 0 gave the same poi as # 12 before. Looks like progress to me! 😀

Yeah, I know what you mean I had a guy over shooting and he would always say God you got the scope turned up to far and turn it down to 10 power, I do that on all my scopes bast em to the max and leave it unless I am shooting like 25 yrds.

I jsut about have to have good Glass Maw. I’m just about blind! 😆

Good groups Knifemaker, and sounds like you got the right spring in there too. I wish I could afford glass like that, but I can’t even justify it, plus I wish I had some more range to shoot, I orderred a new scope a couple of days ago, and if the cheapo works right will be posting some group shots at 55 yrds.
