Q:

Hard to beleave , But true

I know, I know, Looks like I am going to have a 22 Cricket in my hands around 12 noon this Thursday,,,
If this gun shoots anything like you guys say I am going to be tickled pink,
My first step out of the springer stone age was with a 25 Marauder, About the same time my range was cut down from 120 yards to 48 yards,,, The Marauder has ruled at the 48 yard range, Dead on, Unless the sparrow jumps, :smilen:
Since day one of the PCP guns forms (November 2013 ) I have lusted after a bull pup
I have been so impressed with the 25 Marauder, I just can not wait to get my hands on the Cricket.
I may indeed wipe out the sparrows in my area, May take a few years, :smilen:
Excited , Hell yea,,,

Its not the gun……
Like I say not real happy with the Simmons scope. Might have missed it up when I dropped it,
I was hitting the wire in the after market LCD (shroud) and there was no way to sight it in,,,,
I really like the gun if I hold the same aim on the target at 38 yards I get almost one hole groups, I took the after market shroud off,
If I start adjusting the Simmons scope its almost hope less……..
Like I say I am going to get my high scope rings in before I trash anything…

OK guys I got it did not have a lot of time to play with it , Not super Happy with my Simmons 44Mag 6-24 X44 scope,,, Need to get me some high rings for it before I start changing scopes , The low ring make me place my face down on the breach pretty hard,, I just new I had some high picatinny one inch rings,, No where to be found,,, I just cleaned the barrel had pellets flying everywhere, I will sight in tomorrow and see how things go.
I really like the fell of the gun, Just got to get everything adjust in,,,

I understand how you feel! I got mine Cricket .22 cal. standard last night from Ernest and It is sweeeeet :6: . I have never had a PCP airgun or held one, let alone a bubpup. In fact, I have only had springs. I ripped open the 1st box and slowly open the 2nd. WTF, Ernest take very good care of your gun by wrapping at plastic(really really well LOL 😳 ). I wanted to use the knife in my hands and cut free it free, but my sanity came back to me thinking about how I could damage the cricket. After unwrapping the it, I pulled it in to my shoulder and I thought this is a solid gun. Feels let a tank, but agile and steady when you aim. I did throw a scope on it and shot it a few times. It is very quit at the lower setting when considering all the firing mechanism is under your ear. The lower speed is 880 f/s for 45 shots(205B-140B) and the Max 936 f/s(220B-140B) with 18.1 JSB. YES, I am tickled pink with the gun and want to thank Ernest again for all his hard work on my gun. I will be setting the scope today, if all goes to plain.

Mike, please let us know more about your gun and congrats.
Tim

Relax, sit down and have a beer or two, it’ll be here. You may even beat Bubba in getting your Cricket!
I think once you get it the smile won’t leave your face for awhile. May even hurt some smiling for so long. You’ll be amazed at how far you’ll be shooting birds……..48 yards :suprisedn:
