Has anyone seen this?

I don’t know if this really is a very sick April fools joke or not, maybe some of the guys in California will have more information on if it is legitmate or not. Good God I can only hope it is a sick joke because if it isn’t we are all f*cked!!

That’s absolutely ridiculous 😯 But what do you expect, the towns, cities, and states need money, and alot of it. Any reason to take a little more money from ya. There will be many more outrageous taxes like that one soon to come. More money is spent enforcing stupid laws like this, that money would be more wisely used elsewhere, (you know, where it might actually make a difference for good, and make some sense at the same time!)
