I tried to order my new talon ss co2 online just now..
the coupon code would not work, so I called and after 6-8 minutes finally got some one, I told here I was trying to order and the coupon code would not work..THERE ARE NO COUPONS FOR ANY AIRFORCE RIFLES..READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION ITS RIGHT THERE SIR..I kindly told her it was not right there anywhere on the page.YES IT IS SIR..no its not mam..I’m looking at it right now..OK SIR..GIVE ME THE COMPLETE WEB ADDRESS AND I WILL SHOW YOU WHERE ITS AT..So I give her the address and after a moment she comes back…this is a co2 gun you can us the coupon..I’m like duhh….
So while she is on the phone I try the code and it still isnt working..back to her smart mouth again..SHE SAYS..YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT SIR..FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS..like I’m some type of overgrown kid..(which I am),..well I checked out followed everything to the T and the SOB still would honor the coupon..I’m getting one from Gunbroker..If these people cant get any more tackful sales people than this gal I hope they !@#$%^ @^& @& @&&*…

Without customer service…….. you got no customers. If they think they are underpaid, and the work conditions unfavorable……… then what more would they need than this “text book” example to take it upon themselves to start their own business? I’ll tell you why they don’t….. ’cause it’s easier for them to complain about their lot in life than to actually do something about it.
Hell your lucky to even get thru to a real person when calling Pyramid air. Never have I got to talk to a live person, just their recordings.
So they actually have live humans working there ??

I use to put up with the long waits and uneducated sales people and I would deal with it.. Then I began to get attitudes on top of that..Then the shipping went to crap. It got to the point I would only talk to a fellow named Paul.. Then it was good customer service.. And then again the shipping went to crap.. I returned Leapers 8x32x56 and they sent me back a bug buster scope. Then I was told that the bug buster is what I sent in for replacement.. I was more or less called a liar and I still have the bug buster scope and never did get my 8x32x56.. Even after numerous phone calls and promises..Somehow they could not keep a record of my phone calls even.. I blew through the roof and just stopped even looking at their web site. I did not go on an anti Pyramyd campaign or anything..I just stopped doing business with them.. I never recommend them at all unless there is absolutely no other way..Which is seldom.. One would tell me to still take advantage of the pellet deal and I just say bull shit. I would rather buy from SS or Top Guns and pay a little more just for the simple that I am treated good and I always get what I order in good shape and fast shipping.. No Pyramyd.

It is a damn shame when a place such as this has to get ran in the ground because thier staff are unhappy and management turns a blind eye to them and POOF ❗ Customer service and relations are nonexistent and the company is soon to follow.
I bet thier mission statement reads something like this
“The beatings will continue untill morale improves”

Nope, just burned out, underpaid, couldn’t find a better job female that doesn’t know her job and is lacking in interpersonal communications skills. I left them people a year ago and spent a bit more cash elsewhere just for the far superior customer service.

When they lost my rifle I was on hold for over an hour then got “disconnected” Every time I have called them no less then 10 min on hold and at least 1 day wait for email reply
6-8 minutes is very fast for them
Looks like on a couple of CO2 talons they forgot to put the “No Coupons”
You should get at least 5% off for finding their error….LOL That use to be a policy there 😀
