Well so far all is well the 72 CI tank hasn’t blown Ans seem to work good on my etacreg set up. Except the fact its a pain on the ass to see down the scope. Even with my high rise one piece scope mount

quote pablouk:

Ffs, it’s never been used.

Use the fucking thing already….. 😛

PABS! where ya been, man! just asked about you the other day…howd the gender reassignment operation go? 😆 😆 😆

Yep IV been using it ever science synopsis. Said they will put a hole in it. And it still n one piece so maybe this weekend Doug will hep me set my reg. Now that leads me to another ? Whats a good speed for 21 grain to come out of a 12. Inch lw barrel. I figured 850 to 950.

I would use it.

But no shop will fill it for you.

No it hads never been used at all not once. That’s the date it says to get rehydroed. It alum. And its a 3000psi 72 CI tank.

What is the tank made of aluminum or carbon fiber?

What is the fill pressure?

You mention a hydro date of 8/11, has it been hydroed before? or is this the date the tank was manufactured marked on it?

Well that sucks so should I fill it and use it or not. I feel it should be fine but I’m no expert that’s y I’m asking

If you have it hydro’d they may drill a hole in it since it’s expired… I’m not sure if the exp date still applies if the vessel has never been used but I bet it does…

I know of places and its 30 bucks and the tank will be gone a week or more. Ill be filling myself. Its just the tank has never been used never filling with air. Keeped on a shelf in a cabinet. Now would it be safe to fill and use it?or is it a must that I rehydro it be for it sees any air? Am I OK and can i fiill it to use to test and within a month or so then get ittestef

Where can you get paintball air tanks hydro tested? Do the places you get welding tanks filled do that?

Sorry that’s the expire date 8/11. And its never once been filled with air.

retest after 2 months? i wouldnt bother, but better safe than sorry, if ya got the scratch…
