Hawke SR Scope
Has anyone tried one of the Hawke SR Series scopes? I downloaded the Ballistic Reticle Calculator (BRC) software from the Hawke website and it looks very interesting. I am considering buying one for my new Condor.

have found that Calculator (BRC) works well with other scopes aswell
have the map pro at the moment
its one of my cheeper scopes but the ret works well on my 80lb ranger with 40gn heads
could do with a bit better glass in it then it would be the dogs
not two good at low light shooting
I suppose the because of the weight of the pellet its close on the trajectory of the 177 12ft/lb setting

Beaner, you wont be disappointed with the SR6. I think for a guns like mine it would be just fine.
I plan to go with the 4-16×50 Nite-Eye SR. I like the option of having the illuminated reticle. This power range seems to be a good match for an air rifle to me also. If you look at the BRC software you will see that the reticle calculations change as the magnification changes. I plan to calculate the numbers for 2 or 3 magnification levels once I find what is a good fit for me. 4-16x should give me plenty of options even if I switch the scope over to my M4A1 .223.
I’m having Tony at TT install a Hawke Sidewinder SR6 4-16×50 on the Condor he is building for me. I don’t know a lot about it except from what I have read its a nice scope. I think it is big in the UK. I might should have talked to RiffRaff first and gotten the SR12 6-18.
Yep, I have the 6×18 SR12 one.
Great scope for the money, gonna buy another soon.
I like it better than Mil-dot, the software is very accurate as long as you feed it the right info.

bought one with my condor cobra airguns recommends them. I like it so far used it about 4 or 5 sessions. Easy adjust shots same spot need to check it out long distances before I make up my mind but happy so far.
