Q:

Hello from the uk.

Hey,
I’ve been pointed in the direction of this site after my last purchase (Vulcan.25).

I live on a small holding, so all my shooting is generally hunting related, other than pellet testing and zeroing.

I have a few bull pups, no particular favourite but I do love my cricket, even though it has a couple of annoyances.

Anyway, just decided to say hello whilst I browse a few topics on here, looks a very interesting site, and am sure at some point I will be looking for some info or tips.

Hi Digger… are you in anyway near Cardiff?

12 ft lbs might be called low power, but you guys are considered great shooters considering you seem to hit your targets at distance so easily with that muzzle energy. Correct me if I am wrong, but I think Field Target was first created in UK.

No im no where near Cardiff, although compared to you guys I suppose it’s not far from one side of ourcountryto the other, would take me 3hrs ish to get to Cardiff.

We can’t all hit the target you know, some of us are terrible shots, but, it is my mission to push ranges, am often practising at 70 yards trying for as tight a group as possible.

Your not wrong, I’ve just spent half the night reading and digesting info on the edgun.25 long huma reg and xxl plenum.

Now, is it a worthwhile tune for me…..

Welcome Digger :tag: Lots of good info on here. Stay tuned. :8:

Thanks.
In general they are low power, but I do hold the certificate required for higher power, and run a couple.
It’s such a faff changing rifles on our system that I try and avoid it as much as possible.

We got all the fix’s for the Cricket.
Just look around and ask,
Are you limited to the low power guns or can you shoot the high power ones,
Mike
