Help finding video, semi-auto

I am trying to find a video I saw awhile ago and hope one of you can help. The movie looked like it was from the early 90s and at the beginning it showed a hand loading a long clip with pellets.

I’m pretty sure it was a custom airgun of his own design and at the end he was shooting at some type of wooden backstop, almost looked like he was on a farm. It was a semi-auto and IIRC was fed from a large air tank. It looked like the pellets were .38 caliber.
