Not the same. And they don’t look the same either.

I don’t own a Vulcan, you might what to ask Sir Ville or post this question on the Vulcan post.

Do they look the same and are they actually exactly the same reg as a Crickets ?

ok thx guys, now part two.
question do u guys think that using this info from Ernest’s post will work as a guide line to tune
the vulcan reg? since the vulcan reg is really a up dated cricket reg.

and my vulcan is a 22. like in the above post.
what do u guys think? 🙄

cricket reg testers sell in the UK for around £80… A guy called Helder does them.. He had some Edgun testers too..

Greg I think dman1114 user from talon airgun could made it for you.

Thanks Jan !
I also tried to contact John Hagan, I’m waiting for his reply.
I’ll check with dman1114 also.

But I still prefer regulator setting… I know it is not easy got one. I do not have reg. tester for cricket too. So I did couple of attempts till I found right pressure. Without reg. tester you will never have true value of the pressure. I know always is not necessary to know extra true value of reg. pressure but for fine tuning is reg. tester good helper.

For my Weihrauch HW100 I have reg. tester and without it I could not set my HW100 to sub 12ftlb (16J) rifle with extreme shot count and efficiency. Now I got from 200 bar to 80bar almost 150 shots for 175cc air cylinder.

Yes that is very true.

I’m still looking to buy a reg tester for the Cricket, but haven’t found out who makes and sells a good one in the US ?

It’s a good way to get you close, but it was a bit off for me +- .2 mm.
It depends on each individual regulator there all different in everyway.

Here you go …. .. .
