help me out folks

I need a red filtered flashlight that i can modify a scope ring to hold that puts out 200+ lumens i have a 110 but it is a colored LED and it doesnt light anything up past about 30 yds i need to see things out to 100 so help me out i need suggestions on a flashlight that i can mount to my condor i have plenty of optics just not enough light to really see at night.
