Q:

Help! My Edgun lost it’s mojo

I need help!

My Edgun R3 (.22 standard) has been hitting it’s target absolutely perfectly, until now.
It started spreading it’s bullets, at 50 meters it’s an inch here, or half an inch there, then all of the sudden 5 bullets hole in hole (which is normal for this gun) then an inch in some direction, i.e. totally erratically.

Cleaned the barrel, re-seated the gun in the stock, swapped ammo, checked the scope mount, no change.

So what to check?

Could it be clipping? Is there any videos on how to get the shroud off easiest way? Is there a way to loosen the barrel and re-seat it?

Arrrrggghh it was shooting SO well, was shooting beer cans hung up in a string at 75 meters, not aiming at the can, I had the goal to shot the string off the can instead, and now this…

I should add;
Putting on a scope cam and I think I can see hints of spiralling on the shot’s going wrong, I tried various HST settings just to try to make a change but it did not help, So that’s why I wonder if it could be clipping.
